Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our Ninja Van website (https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg) at any time and click on our "Track your orders" to find the real-time update of your shipment. Alternative, you can call Ninja Van @ +65 6602 8271 and provide your tracking umber to them. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: How long does shipping takes?
A: For domestic orders in Singapore, We are using Ninja Van, it will normally take 1 to 3 business days for selected time slot delivery and 2-5 business day for standard courier delivery. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: At this moment, we ship within Singapore only.

Q: Do I need to wet the cleaning cloth?
A: Yes. You can remove the cleaning pad and wet it in a pail of water/detergent. Attached/velcro back the wet cloth at the base of the Econo unit.
Q: Can I put the whole Econo unit in the water?
A: No. Econo unit is waterproof/splashproof but the unit will not be able to be immersed in the water for long period of time.
Q: Can we order additional cleaning pads?
A: Yes. We sell 4 different types of cleaning pads as 1 set and do not sell it separately so as to bring the cost of the cloth further down for all our customers.
Q: Will it scratch my vinyl floor?
A: It will not scratch the vinyl floor if you select the soft yellow cleaning pad.
